Returns & Refunds
For Abayas, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Mayyas gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment or a gift card to our store, whichever you prefer.
The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the products received pursuant to the order when delivered. All returned products will be checked to detect any abnormalities concerning the delivery such as missing products or parts, or damaged products. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees to send back the item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation of Services and Refund
Services are fully refundable if cancelled 15 days or more before the event. However, they are only 50% refundable if cancelled within 15 days before the event.
